Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services
Offshore Advisory Group (“OAG”) provides offshore company formation, advisory, and related services. All services are provided strictly on the basis of information supplied by the client. OAG is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of client-supplied information and does not provide personal tax advice.

2. Fees & Payment
All fees must be settled in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing by OAG. Annual renewal fees are payable promptly to ensure continued compliance and good standing of any entity formed. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in lapse, penalty, or strike-off by the relevant registry. Once company formation or compliance work has commenced, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

3. Compliance & Due Diligence
Clients must provide complete and accurate KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation and remain compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction(s) of operation.
OAG reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where compliance obligations are not satisfied or where the client fails to provide requested information.

4. Liability
All services are delivered on a best-efforts basis. OAG accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect losses, damages, penalties, tax liabilities, or consequences incurred as a result of the use of its services. Clients are responsible for obtaining independent legal, tax, and financial advice as required.

5. Confidentiality

OAG upholds strict confidentiality in all dealings. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties except where disclosure is required by law, court order, or applicable regulatory obligations.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. No refunds shall be made once services have commenced or filings have been submitted.

7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms.
